8. Returns and Refunds

Eligible return requests may be submitted within 30 days from the date the customer receives the product.

Standard returns must meet the conditions described in our Return & Refund Policy.

Because our products are food-contact molds, products that have been used, washed, cleaned, or show clear signs of use are generally not eligible for standard returns for hygiene and product condition reasons.

For confirmed defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped products, we will provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

For standard returns, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs.

For confirmed product defects, shipping damage, or fulfillment errors caused by us, we will cover the applicable return shipping cost.

Eligible refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days after the returned product has been received and the return has been approved.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
